Job Description: Located in Pakistan, PayBlox is looking for an Area Sales Director who proactively seeks new business opportunities through strategic out bound prospecting.
Coordinate sales actions and longer term strategy of HQ on the zone of responsibility.
Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
Definition & follow up of yearly sales budget.
Ensure the position of company market shares while keeping responsible profitability.
Build and maintain long term relationships with new customers through daily contact, making presentations and visiting clients.
Collaborate with technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
Prepare weekly reports for upper management.
Input all data and maintain accurate records in accordance with the company CRM system.
Bachelor Degree in the related field, Master Degree is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IoT field (payment solutions, GPS Tracking) area with solid success records.
Experience with local tenders.
Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus goal-oriented approach.
Strong interpersonal skills, convincing capacities.
Business minded, mind-agility.
Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
Fluency in English.
Proficient user of MS office package.
Willing to travel for frequent local business trips.
